Facilities types have included specialty chemicals, inorganic chemicals, petrochemicals, refineries, gas gathering and processing, waste collection and treatment, automotive manufacturing, steel mills, docks and buildings. Held executive-level positions as Regional Manager, Director of Engineering, and Senior Vice President in EPC and EPCM organizations.

Phil Hamilton, P.E., 
Vice President, Engineering

Over 29 years of engineering and construction management experience providing project engineering and project management services on more than one hundred small to medium size in-plant projects. Through plant level experience, developed a keen understanding of engineering solutions to operational issues. Led the electrical engineering effort for major plant expansion projects. Coordinates Engineering Quality Control and the direct relationship between Quality and Client Satisfaction. 

R. Dennis Watson, P.E.

With over 33 years experience, Dennis has been responsible for overall management of activity for capital projects, as well as having diversified process engineering and manufacturing knowledge of chemical and pulp and paper projects/upgrades. He has extensive EPC project management experience, and has led industrial projects from conception to completion. Also functions as Mobile Office Leader.
