Engineering Manager of the Year

R. Dennis Watson, P.E., Mobile Office Leader for Hargrove and Associates, Inc. has received the “Engineering Manager of the Year” award from the Mobile Area Council of Engineers (MACE). Dennis provided excellent leadership for the Hargrove and Associates team for the successful EPCM execution of a 25% capacity expansion of the Mitsubishi Polysilicon facility in Theodore. This project is among the largest industrial plant capital work currently being done in the area, and to have executed this on-budget and schedule is quite an accomplishment. In addition, the Mitsubishi 1600 MT Expansion Project was selected as the “Project of the Year” by MACE. The project was executed on a fast-track basis by an integrated team from Hargrove and Associates, Inc and Mitsubishi.
